What time does the event start/end?

What do I wear?
The event is hosted at a farm, and portions of the event will be outside. We suggest you be mindful of the elements. 

Do I need a ticket?  How do I purchase?

Yes! Tickets are sold in advance from the Home page of this website, or you can purchase at the door the night of the event. Your ticket covers the cost of admission and the food/beverage samples. 

How do I see what items will be included in the silent auction?
Beginning April 29, visit our silent auction website. By clicking on the "Silent Auction" button at the top of this page, you will be directed to the website.

How do I pay if I win a silent auction?

Through our mobile bidding system, GiveSmart. 

How can I make a general donation?

Through our mobile bidding system, GiveSmart. Click the "Donate" button at the top of this page. 

Do I need to be 21 to participate?

People under 21 may attend. Alcohol vendors will require an ID, though.  Fischer Farms has an assortment of activities for children and there will be a kid-friendly food vendor as well.

Adult General Admission: Ages 18+, $35/ticket

Child General Admission: Ages 6-17, $15/ticket

Ages 5 and under are free

Will I get a receipt for my tax records?

Yes. GiveSmart will send you an automated receipt when you donate/win an auction item.

I purchased a ticket, but can't attend anymore.  Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for this event. Your ticket cost of $35 will go toward ACS's mission of ending cancer as we know it for everyone.
